Working Into the Night: Connecting Natural Gas for Our New Factory

Construction of the new factory is moving forward. The construction team is currently installing underground natural gas pipelines. To keep the project on schedule, some of the work has continued into the night. Under the floodlights, the team is working to complete the pipeline installation according to the planned schedule.Natural gas will be used as an energy source for the new factory. It provides a relatively clean and efficient option for future production and can support more efficient energy use within the factory.

Before the factory begins operation, many infrastructure works need to be completed, including natural gas, water supply, and drainage pipelines. Most of these facilities will remain hidden underground once the factory is completed. Although they may not be visible, they are important for the factory’s future operation and provide the conditions needed for equipment installation and commissioning.

The video shows the construction site at night. The excavator and construction workers are working together to install the underground natural gas pipelines. The construction team is following the required installation procedures and checking each connection point during the work.

At present, most of the underground natural gas pipeline installation has been completed. The work is progressing according to the planned schedule and is expected to be completed on time, leaving sufficient time for the subsequent stages of construction.

The changes across the construction site are easier to see clearly during the day. The initial earthwork is now nearing completion, and the uneven ground has been leveled and organized. The outline of the new factory is beginning to take shape.Once the initial site work is completed, the site will be ready for the next stage of construction.

In our view, every step of the infrastructure work today lays the foundation for future product quality. The new factory will provide more production space and more suitable conditions for the future manufacturing of matcha, tea powders, and other products.

Construction Site Chronicle II

As demand for matcha, tea powders, and other products continues to grow, our existing production space and scale are becoming less suitable for future production needs. The new factory will provide more space, while allowing for a more practical layout and better infrastructure support for different stages of production.

For products such as matcha and tea powders, production conditions such as temperature, humidity, and cleanliness need to be properly managed to support consistent product quality. For matcha production, the heating process used for steaming and drying also requires stable and effective heat control. Natural gas can provide a stable, high-temperature heat source for processes that require controlled heating, including the fixation stage in matcha production.

The new factory will not only significantly expand our production capacity, but also provide stronger support for more precise daily management and quality control through improved infrastructure and production conditions.

The successful installation of the natural gas pipelines is only the first step. The main construction work and equipment installation are still ahead. New changes are taking place at the new factory every day, and we will continue to document these important moments and share the latest updates with you.
