The most important parts of a factory are often the ones you cannot see. The construction of a new factory does not begin with walls, workshops, and equipment. Beneath the production areas, underground pipelines and drainage systems are now being installed to support the factory’s operations.These works are not the most visible part of the project, but they are necessary for the factory’s future operations.
In this video, the construction team is working on pipeline installation and backfilling.These pipelines will be used for drainage, water supply, and other basic infrastructure in the new factory.The construction team will then move on to site leveling, preparing the site for the next stage of construction.
The construction of the new factory is not only to add more space, but also to improve the overall production environment. As orders and market demand continue to grow, we need more space to expand our production capacity.The space also needs to be planned more carefully for different stages of production,including processing, packaging, and warehousing.For food and beverage ingredient production, a stable production environment is important for daily production and management.
We also need a more standardized production environment to ensure better consistency between different batches. Matcha, for example, is sensitive to production and storage conditions, so factors such as humidity, temperature, and odor control need to be properly managed. The new factory will be planned and built according to more standardized production requirements.This will help reduce the impact of external environmental factors on product quality and batch-to-batch consistency.
For brands and manufacturers that rely on consistent ingredient performance, batch-to-batch consistency is particularly important. Differences in color, aroma, or taste can affect the quality of the final product, especially when tea powders are used in beverages and other finished products. This is only the first stage of the new factory project.Once the underground foundation work is completed, the project will move on to site leveling, construction of the main structure, equipment installation, and other stages. Although these underground works will not be visible to customers, their quality will play an important role in the factory’s long-term operation.They also provide the groundwork for the main structure and the layout of the production areas.
The new factory is still under construction, but the foundation for the future is already taking shape.
