Keemun black tea is a famous tea in Chinese history and a famous black tea boutique. It is produced in Qimen, Anhui Province,

Fuliang, Jiangxi Province, etc. Qimen black tea is the best of black tea and enjoys a high reputation, known as the “Queen of Black Tea”.

The high-quality Qimen black tea is tight and clean, curved and dewy, with black and moist color and sharp shoots, emitting tea fragrance

from the inside out. Its harvesting process is relatively fine, which can be roughly divided into three main processes: picking, preliminary

production and refining.

The raw tea of Qimen black tea adopts the method of picking and making at the present time to keep the effective ingredients of fresh leaves.

The picking standard of Qimen black tea is very strict. High grade tea is mainly made of one bud and one leaf, one bud and two leaves.

It is picked in batches for many times, including spring tea, summer tea and autumn tea.

The initial production of Qimen black tea includes withering, rolling, fermentation, drying and other processes. The bud leaves turn from

green to copper red, the tea body becomes a strip, and the aroma is transparent. Bake it gently until it is dry. Fermentation is the unique

stage of black tea production and the key to determine the quality of Qiblack tea, forming the quality characteristics of Qiblack tea black

leaf red soup. The primary product is called red tea.

After the black tea is made, it must be refined to distinguish the length, thickness, weight and impurities. The refining of finished tea is

very energy consuming, so the refined Qimen black tea is also called “Kungfu Tea”. The refining process is complicated. The finished Qimen

black tea is made through wool screen, shaking screen, screening, closing door, shaking screen, cutting, wind selection, picking, fire filling,

fresh air, mixing and packing.

After brewing, Qimen black tea has a clear and fragrant taste with honey fragrance. The taste is fresh, mellow, sweet and delicate. The fragrance

is persistent, like fruit or orchid. The tea soup is red and bright in color, with high fragrance. Even if it is mixed with milk, sugar or honey, its
