Q1: Are you just a tea trading company or a tea manufacturer?

A1.1: Yes,we are not only many years tea manufacturer , but also organic certified tea producer. We have our own longterm contracted tea farms and both primary and refinary tea factories .
A1.2: Two hours away only both from Shanghai or Ningbo sea ports. we are also an independent tea exporter and qulified export license.

Q2: So many tea types, how can I distinguish from them and pick out target tea?

A2: Tea types and categories are graded by china traditional tea history. If any puzzles not be familiar with you. please feel no hesitation let us know, so that we could explain and share rich professional tea line experience with you.

Q3: How is your Quality Control?

A3: From the very beginning to the very end, National Commodity Inspection and Testing Bureau, Authority Third-party Testing Labs like Eurofin, KIWA,IMO,NOP,BRC,QS guarantee our quality.

Q4: How is your tea products price?

A4: No matter from the primary tea sourse of the pristine tea farm or raw fresh tea leaves process to finished tea products with packaging customized we do not rely on any third parties , factory tea prices always support clients best competitive capacity , meantime clients could get best and sustainable profit from our tea products , this is true win-win cooperation development.

Q5: Are you giving samples?

A5: We honor to offer FREE TEA SAMPLES to you, courier cost pay by new customers. But for regular customers we always reward full free charge tea samples.

Q6: How is your private label service?

A6: Private labels printing minimum quantity start up with 5kg tea product, customer provide us label designs as pdf or psd fomat .We will charge of labels printing and pack tea products for you.

Q7:How is about your dellivery ways?

A7.1: Small quantity like:5kg up to 50kg delivery by DHL FedEx UPS or EMS door to door service.
A7.2: Quantity over 50kg up to hundreds of kg fast delivery by air cargo for any reachable international destination airports ( this way chearper than air express ）
A7.3: Sea dispach service process first sail by boat to the destination port,after arrival and local custom clearance, dispach by UPS to any reachable final addresses.
A7.4: Big quantity always ship by sea boat with FOB EXW CIF terms or less than containership.

Q8:What is the production and delivery time?

A8.1: Usually, small tea quantity packing around 10-100kg dlivery time is 3-5 days after place order.Tea products big order lead time require both sides after concrete discussion.
A8.2: Speical notice that small qantity normally ship from our area to shipping company require 3-4 days on the way ( this period shall be separatedly calculated )
