Chinese Tea Varieties
According to the classification of the Chinese Tea Classics compiled by Chen Zongmao, tea includes green tea, black tea, oolong tea, white tea, yellow tea and dark tea.
1，Green tea
Green tea includes: fried green tea, baked green tea, sun dried green tea and steamed green tea.
